
The Residences at The InterContinental is located on the Boston Harbor with spectacular views of the Water and City. Constructed in 2006, The Residences have 130 condominiums that occupy floors 14-20. The spa has a heated pool overlooking the Greenway, large health club, and full-service spa with private treatment rooms and well-appointed locker rooms.
