Hub on Causeway is a major mixed-use development by Boston Properties & Delaware North on the site of the old Boston Garden, next to North Station. Hub on Causeway will feature over 1.8 million square feet of shops, restaurants, offices, hotel and residential space. Ground was broken in January 2016 and Phase 1 of Hub on Causeway is expected to be completed in 2019. The project will expand both TD Garden and North Station, as well as bring the largest grocery store and movie theater to the city of Boston.
The residential tower of Hub on Causeway is 38 stories that will stretch nearly 500 feet above the West & North Ends. Hub on Causeway will feature 440 apartments, many of which will have stunning City or Harbor views. These homes are expected to range from small lower floor studios to sprawling penthouses overlooking Boston.
Hub on Causeway is centrally located in between Boston’s West & North Ends. Residents are just steps from sporting & concert events at TD Garden, fine dining on Hanover Street & the scenic Waterfront. Major transportation, including trains at North Station, and easy access to Route 93, as well as Logan Airport, make Hub on Causeway an easy access point from anywhere in the city.
