About Tower at Boston Harbor Garage

Boston developer Don Chiafaro, together with investment partner Prudential Real Estate Investors, has preliminary approval from the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) to build a 600 foot tower at the site of the Boston Harbor Garage.  The approval is for a mixed-use development with up to 900,000 sq/ft of commercial, residential and open landscaped space on the first floor.  Chiafaro’s proposal will allow for better public access to the Waterfront from the Greenway.

Much like Harbor Towers next door, the Tower at the Boston Harbor Garage would feature some of the best views in Boston.  With an ideal position along the Waterfront and building height of 600 feet, upper floor views would extend beyond the Harbor Islands.  Almost every floor at the Tower at Boston Harbor Garage would enjoy either a City or Harbor view.  The Tower at the Boston Harbor Garage will allow easy access to marinas, the Financial District and fine dining in the North End.  Easily accessible to the Seaport District as well, the Boston Harbor Garage enjoys one of Boston’s most central locations.
