About Lovejoy Wharf

Lovejoy Wharf is currently being developed by Related Beal, LLC into a mix-use property with 175 condos, 187,000 square feet of office space, retail and restaurants.  The 14 story residential tower will have Harbor and City views.  Condominiums will feature breathtaking views and enjoy easy access to the North End, West End, Government Center and Beacon Hill.  Expected project completion is 2017.  Lovejoy Wharf will also be home to the world headquarters of Converse which encompasses over 200,000 square feet of office space.  Converse headquarters opened in the spring of 2015.

Also, part of the project will feature a 3/4 acre open space along the Waterfront and ground floor retail space.  This space will include a Waterfront restaurant as well as a Waterfront park that will provide great public outdoor space.  The current renderings for the residential tower show a sleek glass tower overlooking Boston Harbor.

A short walk across Causeway Street will bring residences into the heart of the North End where they will have over one hundred restaurants, cafes and shops.  Lovejoy Wharf is extremely accessible to major transportation points in the Downtown Boston area including highways and public transportation.  The building is steps from North Station.  In addition to the MBTA subway, North Station is one of Boston’s Amtrak terminals and a MBTA commuter train hub.

Across from Lovejoy Wharf is the TD Garden, Boston’s premier sports and entertainment venue.  Since its grand opening in 1995, more than 30 million people have come to the TD Garden to see the arena’s famous tenants, the NHL’s Boston Bruins and NBA’s Boston Celtics, as well as world-renowned concerts, sporting events, family shows, wrestling, ice shows and so much more.  Home to approximately 200 public events annually, the TD Garden hosts well over 3.5 million people each year.
