One of our Waterfront Buildings, Fulton Court Condominiums, was recently presented with the Good Neighbor Recognition Award! Janet Gilardi, on behalf of the North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA), presented this prestigious award to Charlie Hanf, the Residential Services Coordinator of Barkan Management. CL Waterfront Properties recently sold 100 Fulton St., #5R–a Penthouse with vast ceilings and a private roofdeck–for $1.15m!
