Slip 65 at Clippership Wharf is a two-phased project located along East Boston’s Waterfront in the heart of Jeffries Point. Phase 1 of Slip 65 at Clippership Wharf will consist of 80 condominiums and 284 rental apartments. Phase 2 consists of 114 residential units. The properties at Slip 65 at Clippership Wharf will consist of everything from studios to spacious three bedroom homes. They will feature high end finishes and many of the homes have breathtaking views of Boston Harbor and the Downtown Boston Skyline.
There is roughly 30,200 square feet of retail and community space which will include a café and a restaurant. There will also be four acres designated as open space along the East Boston Harborwalk. Slip 65 at Clippership Wharf will have 300 underground parking spaces for residents as well as 20 public parking spaces.
