Prime vessel slip available at Battery Wharf Marina. The exclusive marina holds only 4 private slips and each measure 50 feet. This slip is located at the end of the dock and the closest section to the harbor. This easement has been used to maintain two vessels of various sizes, or berth a larger vessel than 50 feet. There are 5 Power stations and 5 water outlets servicing the 200 feet of private marina area. Prior to the gate there is a 60 foot transient slip and a 40 foot water taxi slip. The berthing fees average about $32.00 per foot/per year and include insurance, water, and electricity. No real estate taxes are incurred with the easement. The property is located on Bostons Harbor next to Burroughs Wharf and very close to the Boston Yacht Haven. Also a short walk to the North End and minutes to Downtown, Faneuil Hall, The Garden and all transportation points.
