150 Seaport Boulevard is a new construction condo building with 124 condos. Expected completion for 22-story luxury condo building in 2018-2019. The building will feature 10,000 + sq/ft of commercial & retail space, as well as a 179 car garage. Condos are expected to range from 500 – 2,500 + sq/ft penthouses.
